Appearance/History: Milo is of a shorter nature then most people. He is often mistaken for a young teenager, but only to be rudely awakened once they see his immense talent. He has long and thin dark spikey hair that all point to the rear of his head. His clothes are of the unusual sort. Its a long trench coat with no sleeves. Its made of black leather, and with him inside it, it is easy to conceal things and hard for his opponent to predict what he is doing. He has a very intellectual mind, able to solve equations and problems quite quickly, although when it comes to girls, he doesn't have any idea. He has bad social skills, and doesn't talk much. To many people, his tattoos are nothing more then meaningless tattoos, but to him they are much more. They scroll all up and down his body with them originating from his upper body, they come slightly over his the sides of his face, but are sometimes hard to notice. Made up of swirls and misty edges they form at a single animal the resides on his chest. This is his true past, the Orikata clan. A clan from a far off land, wiped by enemies not known today. Milo believes he is the only one of his clan, and it depresses him. His summoning companion is the Crocodile, and like the crocodile he hunts alone, and is more power when in water. Like the crocodile he has tough emotional skin, but once you get to really know him, he opens up and is found to be quite an emotional guy with a large amount of trauma and pain.
The people of the leaf village doesn't know much about this man. Milo showed up one day, showing imense power and talent quickly succeeding anyone who taught him. It was clear that he was from somewhere very far away, that didnt have many people as Milo doe snot have much social skills. To him his past have been fragmented in his mind, he always makes time to meditate and try to piece back together his past. This always reveals something new, and often scares him about what he has done, and what he has yet to find out he has done.

Personality: Cool calm and silent. Usually sits by himself, and meditates to get away from reality.
Likes: The feeling of Power, control, and love. Justice and well being.
Dislikes: Evil, Rivalry and Self Righteousness. Believes everyone is equal but hates it when others think they are higher then other people.
Weapons: Kunai, shuriken, Needles and paper, all of which are sealed in a small scroll.
And his most favourite weapon: The chain whip. Infused with chakra making it stronger then normal chain. With a sharp 3 tip blade on the end. It collapses down, into the size of a nunchuku. It shoots outward when he need it too. He will never keep this in a scroll, but on his person.. unseen...

Sanzengarasu is used by Konoha ninja Yamashiro Aoba. Aoba will call upon a murder of crows, these crows will fly around the target, causing confusion with their dark forms and quick movement. A comrade of Aoba can move within the flock wearing dark clothes and wielding a dark weapon almost undetected. With the target distracted by the crows, the ninja can strike more easily. Also the mass of crows can obscure any retreating ninja. When no longer needed, the murder of crows will simply puff away in smoke.

Soushuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used Uchiha Sasuke. After hurling his giant shuriken, Sasuke can control their path and movements by using wires which run from the shuriken itself back to his arm. Because his opponent will think they are normal shuriken, they will be off guard about their ability to redirect themselves.

Mizu Bunshin
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Konoha Kage Buyou is a Taijutsu technique that is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. Rock Lee uses the Konoha Kage Bayou to place his opponent into a position to do his Omote Renge technique. Uchiha Sasuke would go on to copy this move to set up his opponent for his Shishi Rendan technique.

Otikata is a Ninjutsu technique that creates water nearby, infusing the water with chakra, allowing the user to incase themselves in water or have the water splash out and hit the enemy encumbering them and making them slower then usual. If any of this water is to touch any part of the enemy, they are instantly encumbered.




Bloodline: N/a

Weakness: Milo's left arm was fractured when he was very young, having to have metal plates the join the bones, this acts as weak point where the bones meet the metal, and would render Milo unable to do signs efficiently. Because he is mainly taught in Ninjutsu, and is adept in Taijutsu, he is very prone to genjutsu and has a hard time when facing against an opponent with powerful genjutsus. If he only had one arm, and no time to recuperate his left arm, it would be quite difficult for Milo to defend himself.
He also does not have a high amount of chakra, so once he is done using it up, all he has is taijutsu.
